Taste several different recipes from one of the best Peruvian restaurants in New York City and learn about our food! Peru’s culinary scene is currently booming after winning the Best Culinary Destination in the World award which is why we have created a series of events related to Peruvian food.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with the famous Pisco Sour (made with the brand Pisco 100). Cusqueña beer (Peruvian beer) will also be available. Enjoy warm corn empanadas as you walk in. These are wrapped in dough with aji Amarillo (Peruvian spicy yellow pepper), mozzarella, cilantro, chimichurri.
Anticuchos: Hanger steak skewers with choclo (Peruvian corn), confit potato, rocoto salsa (Peruvian variety of chili sauce). Quickly followed by quinoa solterito which is a quinoa salad with cherry tomatoes, asparagus, white cheese, avocado and olives (similar to a Greek salad).
